This toggle type injection moulding machine is design with very robust clamp mechanism. It is five pin twin toggle design for positive tonnage. It is totally casted mechanism. We are manufacturing it from 20 Tons to 450 Tons Capacity. It is mainly use for high pressure plastic components. It is also used in different industries like pharmaceutical, surgical, household, toys, textile etc. Injection unit is on LM guide which results friction less movement of hydraulic cylinder. we are using redial piston pump for auto lubrication purpose.
